definitely cute and good quality, and it was packaged securely with tissue paper and a plastic bag. the "loop" in the L for the personalization name I asked for, was missing part of the loop so it looked like "liie" instead of "lilie" but still cute. maybe that's the font style to have the loop partially missing?
