Perfect for a bridal party gift!

After paying TWO rushing fees (one through Etsy and one that she specifically sent to me after I told her the date I needed) she assured me my package would come in time and here we are the day of the event and I do not have the package. Then I asked for a refund because now the item is literally useless and she told me to “refuse the package” which you can only really do if it’s a sign for item. This was for a bride and now it wasn’t included in the gift. Terrible communication high promises no delivery.,
