The tote is beautiful and customer service is excellent. I wanted a personalized tote for a friend’s birthday but was unsure of which font to order. Paola sent me a sample to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and then rushed my order out so I would receive it in time for the party. The tote is of nice quality and turned out beautifully.
